3. Ordering & Payment
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Paystack/Flutterwave.
- Pricing: All prices are in Naira (₦) and inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel unverified orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Areas Covered: Lagos (24-48hrs), Other States (3-7 business days).
- Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on location.
- Risk of Loss: Ownership transfers to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Window: 48 hours from delivery for damaged/wrong items.
- Process: Contact us to arrange pickup. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- Non-Returnable: Opened/used products, unless defective.
6. Product Information
- Authenticity: We sell only 100% genuine perfumes.
- Variations: Slight color/scent differences may occur due to screen settings or natural ingredients.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content (logos, product names) is owned by Fragrance Planet. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for:
- Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits).
- Misuse of products or allergic reactions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes will be resolved in Lagos courts.
